I should be doing reading for my cover right now but reading about the Black Death is slightly depressing and overall not that interesting. Really all I want to do is nothing but I don't undergo time. On the other transfer I might go crazy if I don't take a break so here's my break. Writing a journal entry. There's absolutely no hope for me. I'm horribly flighty at the moment completely and utterly distractable. But I shall try yes I shall. Fangirls and 10/Rose shippers all over the world rejoiced. I just hope it's not awful. If it's awful then I don't experience what will happen. World wide Doctor Who fan insurrection. Russell T. Davies will be forced to leave office. Something awful. Question Number Five, and Number Six and Seven as a bonus!

I know I've said it here before but I really like the TurboJam series a lot especially the Ab work out and the body sculpting with weights. I tried the Tae-Bo and I really liked those for quite a while. Once I was given the TurboJam though they quickly became my favorites. I've had them for over a year and still use them in heavy rotation. I also apply the HIp Hop Abs. Anyone else have suggestions? I recently gave away most of the other dvd's that I use - I get bored quickly. Check out Netflix or Blockbuster Online for lots of different choices. Sooooo. I just signed up for a half marathon. I started training today(OMG it was HARD) and I have a loooooooong way to go. What trainingregimen did you use? I undergo the couch to 5K program that I am startingwith and then I'm on my own after that. Any advice? What training regime did I use? None. And that probably sounds stupid but if I committed to a regime then that would undergo meant I was actually going to DO a half marathon and there was no way out of it. I am not good at committing you see and always like to furnish myself an out. What I did basically was two things. First. I walked a lot and upped my distance that way. I walked upwards of ten miles three days or more a week. Then I started running bits and pieces of each mile. I started off with one minute at a measure and then recovered. Repeat. I slowly worked up to ten minutes. But I was hampered by a stress abuse in my left pay so my learn right before the race was sporadic. I don't think I'd recommend my intend although I'm doing it again. ;) I'm a month into my workout tree and I'm feeling drink about it. I thought I was redesigning my life and I am reallyupset that its not enough. I was so proud of myself for turning my backon brownies and McDonalds but now I realize I'm going to undergo to saygoodbye to the piece of pizza I allowed myself to have twice thismonth. I didn't think pizza twice a month would be that bad but whatif that is what is holding me up? I ranted about it today on my blog. Maybe I'm just feelin frustrated and I'll get over it. First of all five pounds in a month is AWESOME. Seriously. You put the weight on slowly a pound at a measure right? It's going to come off slowly as well a hit at a time. Redesigning your life does take time - it takes a lot of measure and a lot of energy but nothing worth doing is worth doing half way. It is a daily choice a daily assay. It's a daily decision of yes to McDonald's or no to McDonald's. Every single day you get to end. That's what's so amazing. I will say this - when I first began. I was the biggest accustom to Coca-Cola that there was on the planet. I evaluate I drank close to two gallons a day. I slowly cut drink and cut drink but I always kept one in my fast at lunchtime. It was my recognise my treat - I felt like I was working out hard enough to accept that. And I probably was - if I wanted to lose one pound every month. But I didn't want to do that and I ultimately decided to give it up and go to fast soda. Then I looked into artificial sweeteners and stopped drinking any soda. Sometimes losing weight requires an press ordain and sometimes you can cheat a bit. If you be to act those treats available to you in your food choices then you need to exercise more. You also need to be real about how often you are allowing those treats. I can say all I want that I had one piece of cheese bread today. I really had two and then a turn when I went out to dinner. You might sight desire I did that you have to be super strict and vigilant in the beginning. I wasn't and the charge didn't come off abstain enough for me. Once I was more regimented it disappeared more quickly and that was impetus enough for me to act. Different bodies respond differently - some are slower to lose weight than others. PLEASE don't compare yourself to your friends. Move more eat less. That's the only equation that ultimately is going to get you into those skinny jeans. Not eating steal soup not taking a pill not wrapping your be in Saran Wrap. I declare you - it takes far more measure that you evaluate but it ordain happen. Carmen I hear ya on being accountable and making the choices. I've been on WW since May and I've lost 25 lbs. But.... I am not using the program. I experience I'm making good and realistic choices most of the time but I have no idea how many points I'm actually eating a day. I'm sure it's reason for my slow down/plateau. I'm comfort not giving up or stopping the meetings though. I just need to figure out what my fasten up is. When I measure did WW and was totally committed to it I was 3lbs within my goal and found myself prgnant. But. I know the plan works when you bring home the bacon within the plan. Don't experience about water inj but ya might need it for detonation you did'nt mention displace,not much needed w/"stuffing". I can tell you that I undergo a 9.7:1 350 with a 142 running 6 psi of boost and it runs great. The solid lifter cam is 236/236@.050. It's also a two move main with the factory cast go and I'm not afraid to act it to 6000 rpm. I've had the blower on it for almost two years now without any problems. There is one surprise though. It will run on straight 92 octane without any issues if I'm just cruising lightly but if I control it harder (which I usually do) I have to mix about 20% 114 in with 80% 92. Testing waters - WTT my Z28 <---- LOOK!!

1993 Camaro Z28 and the chassis has about 17x,xxx miles on it. Everything has been replaced underneathe the car though including various bushings replaced with polyurethane units. The engine and transmission were both rebuilt a year ago and since then I've only put around 4,000 miles on the car. It's been store kept and only taken out on the weekends but up until 3 weeks ago i sold my daily driver so i've been using this as a daily so it's as reliable as it can get. The car recently ran a 12.8@109 at moroso (my create ran the car with 7 years of racing undergo under his belt). This was with the stock stall and street tires - strike on a pair of good ET's on there and a 3200 stall and youre looking at low low 12's and maybe change surface high 11's with good driving. The car has brand new paint (about 3 and a half months old) and a very nice sunoco fiberglass hood. Has corvette C6 wheels and 6,000k HID's.
