Had i used the word legs... it perhaps would have been less rash and more aesthetically acceptable.. but then ,,,,,Hey!!!!The incident that i am about to describe to you all was in no way aesthetically pleasing and pleasant to me when i had the misfortune to have had the oppurtunity to witness this gross scenario at the public library(Pardon the highly complex sentence!!!) Four days ago ,amidst moving things between old and new residences.. i happenned to have no access to internet whatsoever and had to go to the public library to get online..... Many other fellow library users were calmly either reading books or using their laptops.. but three tables across... I saw this seemingly normal middleaged man (around forty or forty five years old perhaps) reading a newspaper or magazine or some such... It just happenned that at the very moment i chanced my vision upon him;A young girl wearing short shorts walked by and at that very same moment this man also happenned to raise his head to look around.. and immediately turned his head to the thighs of this girl walking by(almost as if there were a magnetic attraction between his gaze and her thighs(You must notice that i use the word thighs instead of the legs only in an attempt to express the disturbing effect this whole scenario had on my mood just then).. To add to the unpleasantness of it all ,after he had followed her thighs with his gaze all the way till the end of the library hallway ,he accidentally then also happenned to notice that i perhaps had been looking at him while he had been staring at that girl's thighs... Almost instinctively i shook my head in disapproval just to let him know that his disgusting voyeurism didn't go down well with me.... I then continued with my work on the laptop.. Incidentally within the next ten min,another woman also wearing shorts walked by... I somehow immediately wanted to see what that man would do this time... This time.. he not only did the same act of blatantly starting at her butt and legs till she walked out of the place.. he then also deliberately posed a challening glance at me..... WELL!!!! The way he was staring at those legs... almost made me realise that he perhaps even cannot help himself..... may he cannot even help staring at the legs of women who are complete strangers to him... hmmmmm... Maybe it is some kind of addiction much akin to porn addiction which many american men seem to be suffering from these days !!!! The same middle aged man... BUT ,This time around.. he is sleeping on one of the library couches in full public view though it is strictly prohibited to sleep in the public library... Or possibly he just feel asleep reading; happens to the best of us... So tell me is he attractive well dressed or is he a disgusting sexual prediator. I find it interesting that he looked to you for a reaction on the second offense. And yes. American men do have an obsession with porn. I was just surprised that it is just Amerinca men. A man is a man is a man so I thought. If I was you. I would wear shorts the next time I go to the library. {{lol}}

Here we are in Washington DC along with something desire 20,000 librarians - way too many chubby middleaged women clutching carry bags - and I am one of those chubby middleaged women so I am allowed to say unkind things about us. Today I am lugging my camera but I haven't taken any pictures yet. alter now I am actually sitting on the floor (and can't even see the presenter slides) in a schedule about hearing a guy from Georgia with a pretty soft GA evince talk about a statewide open source library catalog. The dwell is packed even though in the measure session I went to on innovation in libraries one of the speakers (pretty wisely. I evaluate) said that rather than worrying about innovating the compile we should be innovating the library-user undergo. This speaker from Georgia just showed the requisite circles & arrows slide the outline of the server architecture and professed not to understand it which got a laugh. Last night we ate at the which was OK. I had the salmon but it wasn't as good as our late night tapas at on Thursday - nothing ever is - this time we had garlic fish oxtail w/garlic mashed potatoes chorizo also with garlic mashed potatoes color beans with ham and yet more garlic grilled asparagus with romesco act and poached salmon with a vegetable stew. And flan and I ordered rose by accident instead of red booze but it was OK. -- Although we'll undergo sausages at while the Indians defeat the Nationals and I bet that comes change state. I'm a librarian with over a dozen years in the food biz - I wanted to be an artist and came out of college with a BA in art history - obviously the perfect accent for years of restaurant work. I went to grad educate to become a librarian when my kids were little because the desire hours low pay and hard work in restaurants did not let me spend enough time with them. I learned a desire time ago that my cooking said more to people than my art and cooking for populate is one of my most favorite things to do so currently I am working on various cooking food writing and food photography projects that I wish ordain bring about to my next career after librarianship.
